General information about mobile homes
What are Tiny Houses?
Mobile homes are comfortable and functional homes that can be moved and rearranged freely thanks to their caster-based construction. These homes offer an alternative to stationary structures. They can be used as summer homes or year-round.
Where can you place a mobile home?
You can place a mobile home anywhere. It’s also worth checking the local regulations for your property. Is there a local zoning plan? Are there any local restrictions? Local officials can interpret the same regulations in completely different ways. You can obtain all the information at the municipal office and the district office. It’s important to have the plot number ready so you can indicate the specific location to the official. If possible, we recommend registering the mobile home as a private recreation building.
Are the cottages suitable for year-round use?
Yes, all models have thermal insulation in the floor, walls, and ceiling. The thickness of the insulation depends on the cottage model.
The cottages are heated with air conditioning and a heating function. A fireplace, underfloor heating, or radiators can be installed.

What types of chassis are available for mobile homes?
A mobile home is manufactured on a type-approved chassis, which has a license plate and is subject to road traffic regulations, or on an untyped chassis, which is transported by a transport company. Type-approved homes allow for greater flexibility in transport and lower transport costs. Anyone with a category B+E driving license can transport these homes. Untyped mobile homes are transported on a specially adapted trailer.

What models are available for sale?
Our current basic models are the Patryk with two mezzanines, the Patryk XL with one mezzanine, the Alex, and the Magnus. We also plan to expand our offerings to include additional mobile homes. We encourage you to follow our website and social media.
What utilities do I need on my plot?
Utilities are a crucial aspect in determining the appearance of our Tiny House. If we can connect the house to electricity, water, and sewer systems, as well as a septic tank or sewage treatment plant, the situation is very simple. The houses have all the necessary installations ready for connection to various utilities. However, if our plot lacks water or electricity, for example, we can build a house adapted to local conditions.
How long does it take to produce a Tiny House?
Typically, production of a cottage takes approximately three months from design approval and contract signing. We also offer cottages available immediately. Production may take longer for custom designs.
Can changes be made to the available models?
Yes, all our house models can be customized. We are open to customer needs.
We can also create a custom design based on customer requests.
