What are Tiny House style mobile homes?
Mobile homes are comfortable and functional houses that you can move and reposition as you wish, because they are built on a structure equipped with wheels. These types of houses are an alternative to traditional stationary construction. They can be used as vacation cottages or year-round homes.
Where can you place a mobile home?
A mobile home can be placed anywhere. It’s also worth checking the local regulations for your specific plot. Is there a Local Spatial Development Plan in place? Are there any local restrictions? Local officials may interpret the same regulations in completely different ways. You can get all the necessary information at the municipal office or the county office. It’s important to have your plot number ready so you can show the official the exact location. If possible, we recommend registering the house as an individual recreation building.
Are the houses suitable for year-round use?
Yes, all models have thermal insulation in the floor, walls, and ceiling. The thickness of the insulation depends on the specific model.
The houses are heated by air conditioning with a heating function. It is also possible to install a fireplace, underfloor heating, or radiators.
What types of chassis are used in mobile homes?
A mobile home is produced either on a certified chassis, which has a license plate and is subject to road traffic laws, or on a non-certified chassis, which is moved by a transport company. Houses with a certified chassis give us more flexibility and lower transport costs. This type of house can be towed by anyone with a B + E category driver’s license. Mobile homes without certification are transported on a specially adapted trailer.
Which models are available for sale?
Currently, our base models are Patryk with two lofts, Patryk XL with one loft, Alex, and Magnus. We also plan to expand our offer with more mobile homes. We encourage you to follow our website and social media.
What utilities do I need on my plot?
Utilities are a very important aspect that determines how your Tiny House will look. If you have the option to connect the house to electricity, water, and sewage, a septic tank, or a treatment plant, the situation is very simple. The houses come with all the installations ready to be connected to the respective utilities. However, if you have a plot that doesn’t have water or electricity, for example, we can build a house adapted to local conditions.
How long does it take to build a Tiny House?
Standard production of a house takes about 3 months from the moment the project is approved and the contract is signed. We also have houses available for immediate purchase. For custom projects, production time may be longer.
Can changes be made to the available models?
Yes, it is possible to make changes to all our house models. We are open to our customers’ needs.
We can also create a custom project based on a design proposed by the client.
